TEACHING INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

Teaching interview questions

Have you been searching for the interview questions?? now you have come to the right place.
Here at this post i will tell you how to face a teaching interview. The things which we are going to discuss here
can help you in any of the teaching interview. Actually you never know what are they going to ask you but still
any interview focus on some key points. considering them i have divided the categories of the questions that
they might ask during your interview.

Categories of questions

1. introduction questions
2. questions related to general awareness
3. questions about there organisation
4. questions related to your subject
5. questions to check your teaching skills
6. questions to check your eagerness to join

Now we will discuss each type of questions in each categories with maximum examples.

Introduction questions

In this type they generally ask you about yourself. always remember that they don't only want your name,
qualification bio data kind of things but other than that they want you to tell them about your abilities, your
hobbies your likes and dislikes as a teacher. Questions will be like:
1. introduce yourself?
2. tell us about you?
3. tell five unique things about you?
4. two things you are bad at?

Questions related to general awareness

In this category they will check your presence of mind and your confidence. they will ask you questions which are not related to your field at all. questions will like
1. which mega sports event going on these days?
2. tell us what you do in your spare time?
3.where did first hockey world cup held?
most of them will be related to current affairs.

Questions about there organisation

They can ask you about there own organisation and as a would be teacher you should know at least
some about them. questions will be like
1. why do you want to join us?
2. whats unique about our organisation?
3. who is the head of our institution?
4. what can you do for us to improve?

Questions related to your subject

Now this is one of the most important section. you should have strong hold on your subject knowledge.
you can get away with any of above categories but if you failed to answer this believe me you have a very
few chances of selection.
1. how will you teach fraction?
2. how will you teach algebra?
3. what is photosynthesis? how will you teach at upper primary level?
4. what are articles explain us?
5. show us what you are best at?

Questions to check your teaching skills

This part is equally important as above one. They will ask you to perform your teaching skills in the
very room. as a teacher you should be perfect at those. the question will be like
1. teach us water cycle ? (use any of the available aid in the room)
2. take this book and teach this poem to us?
3. recite any of the poems you have taught in your class room?
4. tell us an event when you organised a PTM (parents teacher meeting)
5. As a teacher how will you develop integrity between your students?
6. how will you handle the slow learners in your class room?
7. what is more important teaching method or content knowledge?

After all this they have decided your fate with their organisation. the next and the last category is a
kind of followup questions.

Questions to check your eagerness to join

They will ask you some questions to check how eager you are to join their institution so that they knew
that you will work hard with them. in this type these general questions would be asked and sometimes
these type of questions are not even included in the interview.
1. we have a 3 year probation period procedure do have any problem with that?
2. you can be posted anywhere in the country its our policy. how do you take it?
3. It is a transferable job. you have to make sure of it before joining?

I have tried to present an overview of an interview but still a lot depends on your interviewer how
they treat you also it depends on how you respond them.
Always remember that the next question will be from your previous answer.

I hope this will help you preparing your interview. if you have any query feel free to ask me i will help
you with it.

                                 HERE YOU WILL KNOW..

I will tell you exactly how facebook is started and reached
 where it is now.

IS INVENTION OF FACEBOOK WAS AN ACCIDENT??

IS THERE ANY ROLE OF HACKING IN START OF FACEBOOK??
If you want to know the answers you are at right place

FACEMASH

.facemash was the  predecessor of facebook.

. the website was invented by mark zuckerberg and three of his classmates
ANDREW McCOLLUM,   DUSTIN MOSKOVITZ and CHRIS HUGHES.

. Zuckerberg wrote the software for the Facemash website when he was in his second year of college.

. The website allowed visitors to compare two student pictures side-by-side and let them choose who was “hot” and who was “not”.
so its clear that this website required some college students pictures to compare with each other
and the number of votes will decide who is the winner for this zuckerberg needed some students pictures.

according to HARVARD CRIMSON
Facemash "used photos compiled from the online facebooks of nine Houses, placing two next to each other at a time and asking users to choose the 'hotter' person". To accomplish this, Mark Zuckerberg hacked the "facebooks" Harvard maintained to help students identify each other and used the images to populate his Facemash website.

so the website was shut down by Harvard executives a few days after it opened.         Mark Zuckerberg faced charges of violating copyrights, breach of security, and violating individual privacy for stealing the student pictures that he used to populate the website. He later faced expulsion from Harvard University for his actions. However, all the charges were eventually dropped.

.Zuckerberg expanded on this initial project that semester by creating a social study tool ahead of an art history final. He uploaded 500  images to a website, with one image per page along with a comment section.

And the very first time  he opened the site up to his classmates and people started sharing their                    notes.

.On October 25, 2010, entrepreneur and banker Rahul Jain auctioned off FaceMash.com to an unknown buyer for $30,201.

THEFACEBOOK.COM

In January 2004, Mark Zuckerberg began writing the code for a new website, known as  'thefacebook.com

" the technology needed to create a centralized website is available and the benefits are many"
                                                                                         ----- mark zuckerberg

.   On February 4, 2004, Zuckerberg launched "Thefacebook".

someone suggested putting it on the Kirkland House online mailing list. within just 24 hrs the
website got more then 1500 registration.

.  just six days after the launch of the website three harvard university
1. cameron winklevoss
2. tylor  winklevoss
3. divya narendra
alleged him using there idea to make a centralized website for harvard.
however the issue was later setteld.

Membership was initially restricted to students of Harvard University.

facebook

. In June 2005,
the company dropped "The" from its name after purchasing a domain name
                       facebook.com for  $200,000.

On October 1, 2005,
facebook reached to 21 universities in united kingdom.
Facebook launched a high school version in September 2005.
Facebook later expanded membership eligibility to employees of several companies
                      including apple inc and microsoft.

On December 11, 2005,
many universities in australia and newzealand were added.

. on September 26, 2006
facebook was open for everyone over 13 with a valid email id.

        .     in 2007
facebook had 10000+ business page which attracted companies to use facebook
as a marketing and advertising mode.

.  from then facebook is introducing so many things day by day to make it more user friendly
          and attractive.

. one can signup to facebook simply by going to facebook.com and fill up the signup
form with some basic details and later can make a complete profile.

               FEATURES OF FACEBOOK
.    facebook provides you all the security measures like you can hide your profile information
from anyone or make it to visible only to your friends.
.     facebook also gives the facility of sms alerts one can register there mobile phone no
so that he/she able to receive alerts of any notification of their facebook account.
.     later facebook also introduced with a new feature of video chat called skype.
and now the newest of them all is "following " feature means one can follow to any other
             like twitter.
.      another feature is one can reply to anyone's personal comments.

THESE ARE THE SOMETHINGS THAT MAKES IT MORE USER FRIENDLY
IT IS IMPROVING DAY BY DAY.

in the end the blogger want to ask you what do you think:
1.  invention of facebook was a accident?
2.  zuckenberg alone is responsible for the success of facebook?
3. what is the role of facebook in our daily life?

think and discuss.......
